» Burning Feet in Hot Weather
If your feet feel hot and there is an accompanying pain then you could have a rare condition called Erythromelalgia. Warm temperatures can trigger the blood vessels to dilate causing redness, pain and heat in the feet.
You should keep in mind that in warm weather, it should be expected that your feet will get warmer than they usually are. It can be especially noticeable when moving from winter to spring and summer or if you experience a sudden heat wave where you live.

Avoid wearing tight socks, shoes or pantyhose. You might also try wearing less clothing on the rest of your body since heat has a tendency to accumulate throughout the day. You may notice that your feet are fine until the evening.
Back and hip injuries can affect the leg nerves and are one of the causes of hot feet so if you have any back problems then they should be addressed. Athlete’s foot and excessive sweating can make your feet itch and feel like they are burning.
You can address the causes of these conditions by using an anti-fungal cream for athlete's foot or an antiperspirant for sweaty feet. There are a variety of treatments for hot feet but not all of them will work for all causes.
